In 2002 responding to a growing demand for a diesel LPG autogas system, this Ausralian company designed and tested an LPG injection system for diesel powered vehicles and stationary engines. The first two prototype systems were fitted to normally aspirated and turbo vehicles in July 2004 and sales soon followed with over 2500 units currently installed both in Australia and overseas. The system has been successfully fitted to vehicles ranging from 4WD's to the largest mining trucks and to irrigation pumps and generators. Diesel/Gas Australia continues to develop it's technology, now evident in the Generation IV model, and exports to 6 international markets with negotiations reaching completion for a further 4 countries.

Clayton Smith manages Operations, Fitter Network and Technical Support with a team of qualified mechanics. Clayton has many years experience in the automotive industry having specialised in fleet servicing and preventative maintenance. He successfully managed and operated his own automotive service business on the Gold Coast Queensland for 17 years, employing a large staff including 9 technicians. His passion for the industry is now focussed in taking Fuelsave and Diesel/Gas Australia to market leadership. |
